[Question #404320]: Blank pages, deleting, non-scanning

New question #404320 on Simple Scan:

Hi, I absolutely love the neat concept of simple scan (and Lubuntu in general)! I use Lubuntu on modern PCs and Laptops not because of resources but because of the calm layout.

The only thing missing is related to blank pages. When scanning a bunch of papers, which are only used on one side the only option to scan them is by using the "scan all pages" button. But then all the blank pages are also scanned. Solution would be an option to scan all pages, but just one-sided.

Or, there could be an option to delete blank pages, after somehow recognising them.

The easiest option would be to add a button to the "reallocate pages" feature. It should sort pages this way:

1-2-3-4-5-6

to 1-3-5
and 2-4-6.

This way all blank (second) pages would be in a row and easily deletable.

Another feature I would suggest: Using the mouse to scroll through pages. After scanning the scroll wheel of the mouse has no function but it would intuitively be right to use it to scroll - horizontally - through the scanned pages.

Thank you very much,
Ben
