Thanks, that looks really good! You raise a lot of important
points. Once we progressed a bit further, we should probably also post
some initial guidelines for video upload contributions, e.g. recommend
software to use, length, if/how subtitles can be done and if/how they
can be translated. A bit like the guidelines page for reviews (but
probably a bit more elaborate).

I imagine that we will initially re-use a lot of the same
policies/practises as for the screenshots and we will most likely use
a hacked up version of debshoots (the same softare/server we currently
use for the screenshots) for the initial version.

For the player UI we will initially have to use what we are offered by
the hoster (e.g. youtube). I'm not sure how well e.g. subtitles are
supported, but it would be great if someone would do a bit of research
on this.
