Damn Small Linux kernel working stamina switch
Hi All,
Recently I've tried booting from USB flash disk with DamnSmallLinux (DSL),
created by UNetbootin utility ( http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net ) The
stamina/speed switch worked very well, even the visibility of NVidia and
Intel cards changed, even after power off and reboot. Some other strange
things also happens during power-off-on and reset. This DSL distribution
have kernel version 2.4..
At least, it's booting much faster than WinXP to switch to NVidia mode and
dont require partitioning, installation etc. Maybe investigation of this
issue may help.
