But, as we see more and more acpi kernel parameters, I'd just like to  
know if there is some specification or any way to find out which  
parameters are valid and what is their meaning ?

I went on acpi website which is os-independant :
http://www.acpi.info/spec.htm
and, of course, didn't find informations about kernel parameters.

Where could I find a list (as exhaustive as possible) of those acpi  
parameters ?

http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Kernel_Parameters_for_ACPI/APIC has some,  
but isn't exhaustive at all. It doesn't contain specific parameters  
such as acpi_osi or acpi_backlights.
