This is actually doable at every boot using a modified bios/EFI which allows
you to set the switch to static. The card is then chosen at bootup and the
other one is disabled. Both cards then works perfect and since hot-switching
isn't even possible at all in Linux... It's the best solution atm. Ubuntu
boots with each card flawless, no need to mess with any configs or grub :P

Perhaps I should finish my guide for this? :)
