HI,
I installed Kubuntu Karmic on my Z21VN.
After that, I followed Raphael's tutorial

(then I moved to kernel 2.6.31-14-generic-pae in order to have all the
4Gb RAM recognized)

I usually use STAMINA mode.

1) The fan is always running and the temperature is about 45-48 C. Is this ok?
2) The power usage is 17-15 W (!!!!) while with the previous
distribution I reached easily 10W.
3) The light of the wireless switch is always on while laptop is suspended.
4) When suspended the laptop takes a long time to wake up (very long
if compared to the time required by previous kubuntu version)

Any suggestion?
