I used this link : 
http://marcansoft.com/uploads/insydehacks/freedos_flashit.img.bz2
then I've unbzipped it
then : dd if=freedos_flashit.img of=/dev/sdb
assuming /dev/sdb is where my usb key is (warning : with this command, 
anything on /dev/sdb will be lost)

but now I've another problem : Invalid VSS signature
And I can't find $VSS in my dump.
