vga_swticheroo, does it work?

Hi,
just read that the above is included in the new kernel of Ubuntu 10.10, does
any body now if it works on the Vaio Z21? Meaning will it make us able to
switch between intel and nvidia out of the box, with Ubuntu 10.10?
