Re: WiFi stopped working
Ur welcome.
I don't read nothing about the result of "sudo ifconfig", can u post it?
I suggest u to write these questions on ubuntu forum, because I suppose
that this argument is OT...but I suppose.
Cheers,
Mauri

Hi Mauri.
Thank you for the help. I ran the command "sudo ifconfig" and got the
following results:
I'm very weak of my knowledge of Ubuntu so I don't know if wlan0 has
been set?

I've switched to Ubuntu 10.10 when it came out last weekend.
Since yesterday, I've haven't been able to get an internet
connection thought either Firefox or Chrome. The WiFI icon
indicates I have a 100% connection however when I start up my
browser, it asks me to check my internet connection. I haven't
had this problem since upgrading to Ubuntu 10.10.
I have a dual boot system with Windows Vista and my WiFi works
with Vista. This is how I'm sending this email.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Raj
