run "rfkill list"
then you should see something like this:

0: sony-wifi: Wireless LAN
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: no
1: sony-bluetooth: Bluetooth
    Soft blocked: yes
    Hard blocked: no
2: sony-wwan: Wireless WAN
    Soft blocked: yes
    Hard blocked: no
3: phy0: Wireless LAN
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: no

Then run "rfkill unblock 1".  Or the number that represents your bluetooth
radio.
