Jeg tog også lige og prøvede det - samme problem her. Brug
2009-grabberen eller én af de andre grabbere i stedet:

$ perl tv_grab_dk_dr --configure
using config filename /home/kenni/.xmltv/tv_grab_dk_dr.conf
getting list of channels: Parsing of undecoded UTF-8 will give garbage
when decoding entities at tv_grab_dk_dr line 742.
no channels could be found at tv_grab_dk_dr line 239.

$ perl tv_grab_dk_dr_2009 --configure
