Hej 
det her bliver ved med at drille, jeg får følgende fejlmeldinger når
jeg vil læse det ( jeg tror ) jeg har hentet ind i min egen maskine
fra  news.sslug.dk

    Hvad ondt, har jeg gjort port 119 ?

Reading startup file /usr/lib/slrn/slrn.rc.You need to set the NNTPSERVER environment variable to your server name.
Example (csh): setenv NNTPSERVER my.news.server
slrn fatal error:
Unable to select server/post object.             

Jeg har gjort som anbefalet her på listen ( af Frank ) " export 
NNTPSERVER=localhost "
Har ingen probs. med at læse direkte på serveren
