Message #25154
NIS - linuxbog.
Nu ryger min 2. linuxmaskine på netvækr også tænkte man, det
kunne nu være smart med det der NIS, så jeg fulgte vejledningen i
linuxbogen. Det går fint indtil:
[root@C3PO /home]# /usr/lib/yp/ypinit -m
At this point, we have to construct a list of the hosts which will
run NIS servers. C3PO.kollegiet is in the list of NIS server hosts.
Please continue to add the names for the other hosts, one per line.
When you are done with the
list, type a <control D>.
next host to add: C3PO.kollegiet
next host to add:
The current list of NIS servers looks like this:
C3PO.kollegiet
Is this correct? [y/n: y]
We need some minutes to build the databases...

gmake[1]: *** No rule to make target `/etc/netgroup', needed by
`netgroup'. Stop.
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/var/yp/krogh'
make: *** [target] Error 2
Error running Makefile.
Please try it by hand.
C3PO.kollegiet has been set up as a NIS master server.
Now you can run ypinit -s C3PO.kollegiet on all slave server.
[root@C3PO /home]#
Jeg har lavet de ændringer der er nævnt her:
http://www.sslug.dk/linuxbog/bog/nis.html
Hvordan løser jeg det ??
