Nu har jeg crashet X, nærmere betegnet kde. Jeg har Redhat 6.2 og havde rodet noget med at sætte ethernet-kort op. Det lammede blandt andet netscape. Endvidere havde jeg installeret Java (JDK1.2.2) som iøvrigt også havde en eller anden højere grad af symbiose med netscape som skulle muliggøre ICQ. Men da jeg så skulle logge på igen virkede passwordene ikke. Jeg gik ind i linux single og ordnede passwordene med: passwd. Da jeg så gik tilbage til X, blev der sort skærm med enkelt blink. Hvad kan jeg så gøre ved det? Nedenfor ses den fejlinformation jeg får når jeg kører startx fra runlevel 3. Er der nogen der kan fortælle mig hvad jeg skal gøre? Ja, altså lige bortset fra at geninstallere!
