Hej

Jeg har problemer med mit lydkort som jeg ikke kan få linux til at bruge.
Jeg har spurgt om hjælp før men uden held. Jeg prøver igen (Nu hvor jeg
'tror' jeg ved lidt mere om hvad problemet er)

Bærbar Medion MD9637, med Via AC97 lydkort. RH7.2

sndconfig finder VIA Technologies |AC97. men spiller 1/2 sekund af
testlydfilen i et uendeligt loop.  'play sample.au'. giver fejlbeskeden
'sox: Unable to set audio speed to 8000 (set to 48000)'.

Jeg tror selv det er et IRQ problem. Hvis jeg kører sndconfig finder jeg
følgende i /var/log/messages

Jeg har ingen mulighed for at lave PnP ændringer i min BIOS. (PhoenixBIOS)


Håber nogen kan hjælpe. Hvad kan jeg gøre.
