Du har formentlig følgende option i main.cf
smtpd_tls_auth_only = yes

For at teste det, skal du gøre følgende:
openssl s_client -starttls smtp -crlf -connect
casper_01.vpshosting.dk:25
ehlo localhost

Jeg har lige forsøgt, men der er ikke hul igennem til dig på port 25.
