Updating this page is very important and much easier than so many 
threads on the mailing list.

What I would do if I were you is:
1- Do the activity
2- Add that to: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StartUbuntu/Activities
3- Share it on the mailing list

This is the best way if you ask me :D

Keep it up ... less than 5 days to the final Goodbye :D
