Hi Matthew,

As @mfo has done work in this (installer image) area before (LP:
#1807023) I asked him to take a look; I'm cc'ing our sts sponsors
email list (which includes Mauricio) also.

I think he's handling the sponsoring, so hopefully it'll make it for
the point release!
