Bug description:
  [impact]

when the gateway reports an error, it is not passed along in the
  exception raised by python-etcd3gw

  [test case]

This is somewhat difficult to test.
Running the additional unit tests provided for this would be enough to trigger the raised exception.

  [regression potential]

any regression would likely occur in handling errors sent from the
gateway to python-etcd3gw, or in handling or later processing the
exception(s) generated from the gateway error(s).

  [scope]

this is needed for b/f/g which all have the same version of the
  package.

this is fixed upstream with PR:
  https://github.com/dims/etcd3-gateway/pull/31
  https://github.com/dims/etcd3-gateway/pull/32
  https://github.com/dims/etcd3-gateway/pull/34

which are included starting in v0.2.6. Ubuntu and Debian carry an old
  version, v0.2.1.
