The proposal to merge ~bjornt/maas:perftest-no-implicit-path into maas:master has been updated.

Commit message changed to:

No implicit, hardcoded, path for bin/test.perf

bin/test.perf always passed src/maasperf to pyttest. This made it
harder to run only a subset of tests. For example by supplying the
test file to run.

CI uses utilities/run-perf-tests-ci, which already explicitly passes
src/maasperf as the path.
