This looks like an unintentional merge into the maas-site-manager branch.

Anyways, I am cleaning up the maas-site-manager branch and will propose the cleanup for merging as soon as the backend changes are reviewed.

We will then have something like:

/Makefile (to run CI related lint and test targets)
/backend
/frontend
/agent (the data collection agent for the MAAS installations)
(possibly/eventually)/ingestion (the data ingestion backend)
