  `swift delete --all` is terrifying

Status in Python client library for Swift:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Related in spirit to Bug #1057665, except `swift delete --all` doesn't
  even provide a confirmation before it, well, deletes all of your
  containers and objects.  Eeek.

  A Debian apt-style 'Yes, do as I say!' confirmation would be really
  nice.
