Fixed outcommented generation of vital code making everything zero.

Please try to revert debug code before checking in in the future.
One way to make this easier is to always add a "FIXME:remove" when
commenting out something or adding debug code. At least then it'll
be easy to find if it's checked in anyway.

Fixed use of Ginv in grad (and div) in symbolic_utils to mean GinvT like in the rest of SyFi.
Should be fixed properly everywhere instead.
