[HG syfi] Restructured has_facet_n etc in ExteriorFacetIntegral into a dict facet_variables similarly to geometry_variables in CellIntegral.

Fixed bug in postprocess().

Started building Integral.geometry_variables dict, generalization of (itg.has_n, itg.n_sym, itg.n_expr) pattern. Now we instead have:
n_sym, n_expr = itg.geometry_variables["n"]

Generalized "integrate", "find_quadrature_rule" and "optimize" into "postprocess", which calls the other three as needed.

Renamed Form.cell_integral() into the more descriptive Form.add_cell_integral().
