Changed optimization functions too, to use sets of symbols instead of using the names of the symbols.

Commented out some unused utility functions.

Changed split_tokens to not return the dependency exmap, since it's never used in other code.

Optimization: Changed all of Integral.py to use sets of symbols instead of sets of strings with symbol names.
This requires the latest swiginac patch with __hash__. Code is broken until optimize.py is updated.
