[HG syfi] Implemented computation of boundary normal vector for hexahedral cells.

Shortened geometry_mapping() function.

Improved propagate_literals a bit, removing some unneeded temporary variables that weren't cathced before.

Re-added line(i) and triangle(i) plus new rectangle(i) to Polygon,
this is a flawed design but it works.
