Added option to work around DOLFIN bug in interpolate_vertex_values.
The name is long and ugly by purpose:
  sfc.common.options.wrong_interpolate_vertex_values_numbering = True

Made the projection demo work with latest PyDolfin interface.
Simply projects a cpp_Function which is evaluated in a
quadratic Lagrange space to a linear Lagrange space by
inverting the mass matrix.
