[HG syfi] Added examples of failing Function::interpolate.

Debugging.

Found a simple case with an obvious error:
interpolating a constant 2D vector function
on a quadratic 2D vector element produces
a .vtu file with scrambled dof ordering.
Haven't found the error, need to do some
systematic investigation...
