Implemented a mixed projection demo with a tensor/vector/scalar
mixed element of degree 2/1/0 and rhs functions of degree 3/2/1.
It compiles and runs, but the .vtu result file is not as expected.
Very structured output though, and the error may very well lie
in the .vtu file writing.
