Updated demos to latest dolfin_utils/wrappers/ code generation.
Updated SVK demo to use a simple u=[a*x,0,0] solution, which
works perfectly.

Added projection forms to SVK demo, but not using them.
It's _really_ messy and cumbersome to set all coefficients
right, even with the "a.f = f;" notation.
Need to improve dolfin code generation to fix this.
