[HG syfi] Added parameters uxref, uyref, uzref to vary reference

Added parameters uxref,uyref,uzref to vary reference
u values used in DBCs. Not working out very well,
think I need to test the BCs with some simpler
equation like linear elasticity.

Added ElectroMechanics demo, based on the HyperElasticityFung demo
but with some updated boundary condition code and parameter system
for varying parameters from command line. The file testruns.py
can be used to distribute lots of tests on the cluster when we
have something basic working. Which we don't yet...
