0.6.1
Updated SFC for UFL 0.3.
Updated SyFi for ginac 1.5.
Some cleanup in demo directory.


Note that UFL 0.3, and therefore this version of SFC,
does not work with PyDOLFIN from FEniCS 2009-04.
Use with DOLFIN in C++ or with the development
version of PyDOLFIN.
