Re: [Question #185460]: Development stalled?

Question #185460 on Syncany changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/syncany/+question/185460

Adrian Dannberg requested more information:
Hello,

I am a computer science student (Medieninformatik) and I am working on a report about file synchronization tools. In the report I am going to point out how technologies like synchronization, deduplication and revision control work.
Naturally Syncany attracted my attention, since it is based on a master thesis and is well documented. So far I got the available code running and I think it will provide sufficient enough information to get the report done.

After I will have finished this, I hope to start writing bachelor my
thesis soon. Therefor I also want to figure out for myself if I could
find something interesting to work on syncany as part of my bachelor
thesis. That's why I am quite interested in the actual state of this
project.

Does a reasonable change exist, that the work that has been done in the
last year will get merged in the next weeks?

In what extend are the developers of the millipede project involved in
syncany? Are they actively working on syncany itself to use it for their
needs or are they working on a fork?

Thanks in advance
adrian
