Confirm that both patches solved the 404 issue.

I took liberty on generating a new .deb file, including the patches.

Output of my kernelcheck after i click  "Get kernel information" :

Testing your network connection...
Connection found.
Kernel.org server couldn't fulfill request.
Error code: 404

The same behavior in 1.2.5 and also in trunk.
