Double clicking on the last column of the keybinding editor should let
you press a new shortcut.

I've slightly modified the editor so that adding a new profile/layout
automatically starts editing the new name so it's super obvious that
they can be edited in-place.

Thanks, I've added protection that should stop any kind of config file
error from causing Terminator to fail to start.

I suspect that was recommended stuff, which certainly Ubuntu chooses to
install by default, but it doesn't have to be installed.
