http://pypi.python.org/pypi/testrepository/0.0.1 - this is good enough
to provide a decent self hosting workflow.

I'm unlikely to make any large changes until LCA, where I plan to spend
some time on workflow, which will entail some toolchain improvements in
testtools.

If anyone is inclined to dive in, please do so. I'd be delighted to
start recording wishlist bugs about now in the development process.
