  testtools trunk now depends on python-fixtures for running tests

Status in testtools:

Bug description:
  'fixtures' was previously an optional dependency. If you had it,
  testtools had some extra features.

  Now, trunk needs fixtures to be able to run its tests. And this is not
  documented. Probably doesn't affect users of testtools.

  We should get this sorted before release.
