It's a parallel effort, mainly because we wanted a few features that
tribunal didn't have (subunit v2 support, support for complex binary
attachments (images, video, etc)). I could have contributed those things to
tribunal, but I can't stand Gtk :-/

All up trv has had maybe 8 hours of effort put into it. It's still at the
'hacky tool that is useful' stage. One day maybe I'll sit down and start
writing it properly. It'd be nice to support other test result formats as
well....
