[Bug 947920] [NEW] pidgin-sipe: 'Read error' and cannot login with new libnss3-1d 3.13.1

The subject has it all. With new libnss3-1d version 3.13.1, Pidgin
cannot login to Office Communicator accounts using the pidgin-sipe
plugin anymore.

The problem is also described in this Debian bug report:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=649456, which also has
a workaround (set NSS_SSL_CBC_RANDOM_IV=0 before starting pidgin), which
works for me.
