Re: [Bug 1213338] Re: Displaylink slow graphic performance on Ubuntu 13
It's improved, but still present. It's most obvious when moving the mouse
around because the cursor blinks slightly. There was definitely improvement
and it's useable now, although refresh artifacts remain.

Title:
Displaylink slow graphic performance on Ubuntu 13
Status in “xorg-server” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
Hello,
When I connect the diaplay link (DVI) and I activate the screen in
xRandr, the graphic performance slow down, the mouse movement are
jerky and the mouse cursor blink on all screen, when I move a window,
is also not fluid.
When I desactivate the screen in xRandr, but I keep the displaylink
connected, everything work fine.
I also tried to take all graphic effect and desktop in compiz setup,
stay the same.
I'm running Ubuntu 13.04 64 bits and the Kernel
3.11.0-031100rc5-generic I tried also with Kernel 3.10 and 3.9.
My Graphic card is a Intel.
