[Bug 664682] [NEW] debian/copyright lists an EULA, but the user is not asked to agree at install time

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Vincent Stehlé (vstehle):

Binary package hint: opengles-sgx-omap3

debian/copyright for this package includes the following license
preamble:

License: TI TSPA
 Texas Instruments Incorporated
 Technology and Software Publicly Available
 Software License Agreement
 .
Important - Please read the following license agreement carefully. This is a
legally binding agreement. Do not click "i have read and agree" or use (as
applicable) the Licensed Materials unless: (1) you are authorized to accept
and agree to the terms of this license agreement on behalf of yourself or your
company (as applicable) and (2) you intend to be bound by the terms of this
license agreement on behalf of yourself or your company (as applicable).
 .

This instructs users that they may not use the software without first
agreeing to the terms of this license. If this is the correct license
for this package, then this EULA needs to be shown to the user via a
debconf prompt, and the package installation should fail without an
explicit acceptance of the license by the user.

If this is *not* the effective license for this work (because the
copyright holder has confirmed that no EULA consent from the user is
required as a condition of use), then debian/copyright should be updated
to list the correct license.

** Affects: opengles-sgx-omap3 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
     Assignee: Ricardo Salveti (rsalveti)
         Status: Confirmed
