Vishal says: Audio may be working at the kernel level but Audio HAL
layer is not enabled at the userspace level which is causing the problem
presently. since the HAL implementation changed from  alsa-lib based to
tinyALSA based audio can not be enabled and this bug cannot be tested on
ICS.
