Bug description:
  On: https://android-build.linaro.org/builds/~linaro-android/tracking-
  panda-11.10-release/#build=4 the ADB debug prints have been turned on:

  [ 1019.191345] adb_read returning 24
  [ 1019.194885] adb_read(24)
  [ 1019.199127] rx ef30be20 queue

  etc... This seems to slow down the ADB transfer:

  $adb install Angry\ Birds_1.
  Angry Birds_1.3.2.apk  Angry Birds_1.6.1.apk  
  $adb install Angry\ Birds_1.3.2.apk 
  115 KB/s (18989653 bytes in 160.441s)
  	pkg: /data/local/tmp/Angry Birds_1.3.2.apk
  Success
