This reflects longstanding race problems to do with hot plug detect
timing vs timing of different monitors producing it.  We are trying to
impact this atm but it's not proving simple.

  Unable to get display up - display remains dark, only mouse icon can
  be seen.

  Using following image:

  Need to reboot device.

  Steps:
  -------
  1. Create sd card image , and put sd card on panda board 4430:
  sudo linaro-media-create --mmc /dev/sdb --dev panda --hwpack hwpack_linaro-lt-panda-x11-base_20120426-10_armhf_supported.tar.gz --binary linaro-precise-ubuntu-desktop-20120426-119.tar.gz

  2. Bootup board.

  Issue: Display does not show any update.
