Bug description:
The board still consumes as much power as running after a
poweroff/halt/shutdown command.
Last output:
* Will now halt
[ 1625.254364] System halted.
Power consumption:
Idle: 0.8A-0.9A
After system halt: 0.8A
wifi/eth leds are still on
I found following thread about the same issue:

After I connected J6 PIN12 with GND as recommended by the user
prpplague, the leds turned off and the power consumption went down to
20-30mA.

Pandaboard Rev A2, Ubuntu 11.04 Headless
