Bug description:
  The board still consumes as much power as running after a
  poweroff/halt/shutdown command.

  Last output:
   * Will now halt
  [ 1625.254364] System halted.

  Power consumption:
  Idle: 0.8A-0.9A
  After system halt:  0.8A

  wifi/eth leds are still on

  I found following thread about the same issue:
  http://groups.google.com/group/pandaboard/browse_thread/thread/b69efbea6655a811

  After I connected J6 PIN12 with GND as recommended by the user
  prpplague, the leds turned off and the power consumption went down to
  20-30mA.
