  Bluetooth on Panda 4430 ubuntu is almost unusable.

Bug description:
  On Panda 4430 board with Linaro ubuntu pre-built image:

  Bluetooth feature is almost unusable. System hang / panic happens very
  frequently during the pairing process, and sometimes the other
  Bluetooth device can't be found after board rebooted.

  Bluetooth file transfer doesn't work.

  observed with panda 4430 ubuntu images
