Hey Nio,
I have an idea of sorts... though not entirely sure the best way to
implement it (no really good dialogs exist for this.. except gtkdialog
and yad, which are not in Ubuntu :( )
It would be nice to present the user with an OBI start dialog program. 
Something with 3 buttons:

Quick Start Guide
Detailed Help
About OBI

This would satisfy Ali's concerns and make things a bit more organized
as well.
