great news!
It worked!!
The only problem the user will face if using the system menu is having
to `sudo update-menus`
The guest now has a menu!!!  Hurray!! so I will have to update the skel
files accordingly to use
/etc/jwm/jwm-menu
instead of
$HOME/.config/torimenu
