Well, we will have to investigate why this occasionally doesn't work.
It may be some virtual box settings, perhaps, since the code looks at
the output of xrandr.
Via:
xrandr|grep '*'|sed -e 's/^ *//' -e 's/ .*//'
@Jack
Could you post the output of that command back here for us to see?

But this bug may be fixed soon!!! :D
The Numix guys respond very quickly on github!

Not sure about this one. I suppose making the window larger would help
right?
At least the bug is fixed.... now UX improvement, which is not a bug but
a 'feature request'
This is not a show stopper, so I think if everything else is good to go
we can release this ISO.
Of course there are other minor things to work on, so if we fix this
before release all the better!

I don't have a nice computer, I only have old computers. I get the hand
me downs from my family that are 'too old' to be usable.
This computer I am using is from 07, so it is slow going, but effective :D

Great!

Is this within the same session? Or are you rebooting and trying again?
Not sure why this could happen.

At least you can boot

If you give me a quick run down of what you think needs to happen then I
can look into it if I get a chance.
