Message #00601
ToriOS Debian testing
Hi everybody,
From the 32-bit desktop iso file, cloned to a USB pendrive with mkusb,
I installed ToriOS Debian in an IBM Thinkpad T42 with Pentium M.
I needed no boot option and no tweak, and the installation worked as it
should. The installed system works like it should. RAM used (idling
after the second reboot) is 90 MiB, and 1.5 MiB disk space is used in
the root partition. See the attached file.
It needs no tweak, but I tweaked a few things anyway to get the attached
screenshot:
1. Changed the font size in Sakura for the output of 'sudo lsblk -fm'
and the the other commands to fit in one screenshot.
2. Changed to Options - More - Set palette - Tango (in Sakura) to get
nice coloured prompts.
Of course it works in newer computers too ;-)
Best regards
Nio
